I'm trying to sell a website of mine that is extremely localized. It deals with a specific zip code and could include the immediate areas but thats it really.
The site has been increasing in traffic since I took over, getting just over 2200 uniques last month and hitting #1 in google for two sought after search terms for this city.
As for income it makes under $10 a month. No adsense just a restaurant.com banner.
If you would like to take the time to PM me and maybe discuss a little further just to help a fellow domainer out that would be awesome.
