how (where) to promote my domain name registrations website?

Can somebody tell me how can I promote my domain registration website?(some forums or sites) - other than submitting it with worldsubmitter.com.

And second thing, can somebody of you "masters" visit my site just to see if it has all that somebody needs for a start.

I have another one...
my registrar (onlineNIC) has also a page where there's no branding included is it wisely to use that page to provide wider service (like e-mail forwarding) or not?
