how xbroker cheated on me

xbroker posted finden.net for sale among his $8 domains, i mailed him about it a couple of times, it didn't work out. he told us his computer crashed and posted finden.net among the $10 domains. i mailed him again and after a couple of pm's he told me to create an account and he would push it into it. now i was offered finden.net from some german sedo member who bought it from him! a lot of people can say their transaction went smoothly, but mine didn't and a lot of people saw how often i posted him about finden.net.
