Hyperlinked Signature.....How to?

I'd be grateful if someone can tell me how on this forum one can create what appears to be hyperlinked signatures like some members (TopNames, TimeChange, GeorgeK) have done.

It's in your control panel, chose profile. Also look at the "help" there for all the codes.
