Maybe, the seller might be interested in a lease with an option to buy.
Lease it for 1 yr and lock in a purchase price.

In that way, it will give you some time to put your finances together or a partnership.

Your job or personal history (school, jobs, etc.) might entitle you to membership in regional credit unions that you otherwise couldn't get into and don't know about right now, where perhaps you could get a good loan with favorable terms. It's tempting to say don't go into more debt, but if it's really a winner then I say it may be the best thing for you to do if you can afford the payments (keeping your pending mid-May situation in mind too of course). You may be able to favorably refinance all your debt, too.

Hmm? I know of a really great domain I could buy for 18k as well. In fact, it could be turned for a HUGE profit to resellers fairly quickly I'm guessing (if you tried). Problem is, I've already spent too much and may have to wait a couple weeks.
