I actually did an archive search a while ago on namejet.com to figure out what happened there. Figured that Enom took it themself on their own drop.

Excellent example of why we need major changes on how drops are handled to permit fair treatment which allows everyone equal access.

those rules are there but they and others have chosen to break them for all these years, knowing icannt will do sweet f.a.

also, it is like Moniker, enom etc all break the t.os. of paypal and push the fee onto us, it is actually against what they say.
paypal aren't doing anything yet, but if enough people complain about Moniker, enom etc then they will be forced to scrap the charge

same with their warehousing of domains, if enough complain then something surely will be done. remeber the netsol tasting thing? it took someone to sue them granted lol

they will find ways around these things of course like politicians but we can but try
