Description:
I quietly launched this site late September of 05. I never really bothered doing much advertising for this. Oddball links here and there with some really minor pluggage. This is the gamescript demo and will continue to be the demo as long as you stay default templates/script with only changing the information type pages. I realize this site can make a ton with text link sales but simply don't have the time to keep track of it. I'm very busy with a new house, 3mnth old baby and just got a '68 mustang to go along with running my network of sites and my script projects like gamescript. With taxes coming due in the near future I BADLY need cash because I seriously overspent last year.

URL: http://www.ianag.com/arcade

Age of site (months): 6 (domain is way older)

Monthly revenue: $3k

Revenue details:
October: $21.09 Adsense: 633 impressions/day
November: $103.99 Adnsese: 2,007 impressions/day
December: $227.79 Adsense: 3,859 impressions/day
January: $120.60 Adsense: 2,342 impressions/day
$60.11 YPN (started 1/25) 5,779 impressions/day
Feb: $250.13 Adsense: 6,731 impressions/day)
$1,059.10 YPN: 11,566 impressions/day
March: $136.15 Adsense (quit using March 16)
$2,619.49 YPN: 31,920 impressions/day

Revenue is really interesting. Take a look at the recent surge in revenue. Compare it to the awstats and you don't see a spike really at all. What caused this? I was using some rotational banners and sending a good amount of impressions to adsense and some gamescript related campaigns which I no longer run since YPN is paying AMAZINGLY. I now run YPN exclusively because they pay so well.

Which revenue services are you using to monetize this traffic?

1 months earnings are not enough to justify the 35k price.

The jump in revenue was due to sending all of my space to YPN instead of doing a rotation of YPN, google and gamescript ads.

Take a look at awstats and you'll see that its been close to the same traffic levels for a long time now. This is a very well known arcade where somebody could pretty easily make tons off of text link sales. The game sponsorship was just recently added and hasn't really been promoted properly yet.

I've already had an offer of $25k ;)

Its against Yahoo Publish Network TOS to display yahoo ads to non-US traffic. Its clearly stated on their rules.

https://publisher.yahoo.com/legal/tnc.php

Section 9 g
Section 11 l

I just called them and they said I was responsible for IP filtering the traffic. The rep said it was up to me to enforce the terms. However, I don't think they will go after the publishers unless it is very blatant. You have your answer.
