Seems like a relative bargain acquisition price to me. Mind you, I wouldn't buy an IDN ... but there certainly is a market!
Good buy, if properly developped and easy branding with that domain name.

Me thinks it could hold a possibly better potential as an "identification number" (IDN) site of one sort or another.
