ignore user function? where d'it go?

I can't find the function to add a user to my ignore list. I like this function as it stops the w@nkers on here from winding me up too bad.

Am I missing something? Can anybody enlighten me as to how you now add somebody to this list under the new format?

That link is found in your UserCP on the left side, under "Settings & Options" --> "Edit Ignore List"
