This is what happened:

I wrote to customer care:
Please , I was yesterday submiting a few names with bulk registration utility, and this name AMLIE.COM was registered with my account .... . I was also the highest bidder in namewinner, but now someone out-bid me today? SO will I get this name? I know taht I registered it yesterday.

My question, why should someone use this utility, when they give the name to highest bidder in namewinner anyway.
