Internic Domain MX record issue - HELP

I have registered a domain for a company with Internic (co.uk) which is what the company wanted.
However, I have asked Internic to add an MX record 2 weeks ago and they still have not come back to me.

They are not replying to my emails and their support number seems to go to voice mail constantly.:?:

Could anyone out there help me out with a contact name and number for a member of the Internic support staff team.

The MX record should be set where your DNS are.
