Is a .biz better then .cc .ws or no

Hello Everyone....

I found a good keywords domain name, .com .net and .org are taken. So it's .biz , .ws or .cc for it, my guess is .biz is better then do have .tv but that cost more.

Also who do search engine treat them, or don't it really matter to search egnines ?

yes .biz is probably more recognised by the public in large, and its only $7 compared to whatever the others are now.

.ws are practically worthless. I see good names expire wrhtless on tdnam with now bids all the time.

CC's are gaining strength quickly. High prices starting to be paid.
