Wilco - you seem to be quite the chef

when I was visiting my unlce at Lake Tahoe 2 weeks ago he was cooking chicken on the BBQ and he had a slightly different problem....the chicken came out so black and charred that it really looked like chuncks of charchol......that was pretty funny - we ended up calling the nearest KFC for delivery :laugh:

in my youth (15 years ago) i was a larder chef in a large hotel .. but they would not let me have long hair,, so i left.... after a knife accident..

shame cause i was a sh&t hot with a filleting knife...

now its just pleasure... mrs uncle wilco is not allowed in the kitchen. let alone the shed..
