Is SPAMARREST good? Or, is there a better solution?

I'm thinking about using SpamArrest for stopping SPAM.

Is this a good solution to keep spam out of the Inbox, or is there a better solution?

For outlook, spambully is the best.

I tried many before deciding on spambully.
