Is the sale of Files.com a valid comp for Links.com

Hi,

I noticed that there was some news today that Files.com was sold by Sedo for $750,000. Would this sale be a valid comp for Links.com? Thanks. While Links.com has better stats, I don't think that in either case the traffic adds any meaningful value to the underlying domain name. Is this reasonable way to look at the comp? Thanks.
