Is there a limit on how stupid one can be?

About 2 months ago someone called Raneri emailed me about the domain Ranieri.com.
Notice that the spelling is not the same!
He offered me $100 and I refused. He said he wanted the domain because so many people confuse his name with Ranieri. That's stupid as he doesn't own Raneri.com!

Now I just realized he went ahead and registered my full name konstantinoszournas.com!!! And he didn't even tell me.
I don't even use my last name domain zournas.com.
Also nobody calls me Konstantinos in Greece.
I told him that he is stupid and that he should renew the domain for another 10 years so he will have spend his entire budget on my name!

ranieri is the name of the famous soccer trainer of the Team Juventus of Torino, its also the last name of a popular old singer (Massimo Ranieri), its the last name of a Prince and many other people, its a well known last name, raneri its the first time I heard.

I found out when I logged in at network solutions. You know where they offer on top unregistered domains with your name in variations? I just noticed that my first-last name was missing and I looked it up!

So, you don't care that he registered yourfullname.com since you wouldn't use it anyway, correct?

He was mad you didn't sell him your domain so went ahead and registered your full name.com - so what? Let him feel he one-upped you. No loss to you, right?

Now, I do now know about EU / Greek / Italian laws but watch the doamin to see what he puts on it, it anything. If he posts any slanderous statements (lies or other false statements without any proof) then you might be able to take legal action against them.
