Is this normal? Everyone getting 4k-6k views, but close to zero activity/replies?

Every thread gets about 4k views. Where do the traffic come from? This particular sub-forum has about 100 times the page views of any other sub-forum in this forum. I just want to know whether they are robotic views from web spiders, or real genuine human traffic? If 4k page views from real humans, but no one even ask a question? The rate of replying thread is less than 0.025%, How can this happen?
