Is it risky to put a LLL.net on a PPC landing page that has a keyword targeted towards the high ovt result of the matching LLL.com, or is LLL so generic that it would be hard to prove a TM violation?
Does it make a difference if the LLL is trademarked?

For example, If someone had BMW.net and on the page had car ads, it would probably cause problems. Better to keep the material on your page unrelated to the .com trademark, why risk it?
