Got it too. Did look suspicious, so I did not click any links or open the attached file, but checked www.clicksettlement.com - site did not open.
Checked xmr3.com ( un-subscription link ), goes to premiereglobal.com

I guess it is possible that some legitimate company or law firm used Premiere Global (xmr3) for their mailing services to get the word out... but I'd still expect to see something more official than a site (clicksettlement.com) that doesn't work and was just registered last week. Still doesn't seem completely right.
