There is a definite issue at 1024x768 which will be resolved Monday.
At higher resolutions its fine. I think its due to the menu size as well not fitting properly at the smaller resolution.

Please check the menu now. I have taken a look at the header menu and cleaned it up a little bit.I'm using latest version of firefox
