You have to leave the "private description" as well, that's the way it's been working for me.

Where do I find "private description"? I dont see it. I clicked on your username, there are 8 choices and none are "private description" or itrader.

The last field: Additional comments: (Visible to buyer, seller, and staff only)

Make sure it's at least 3 words long.

Trader Rating: 102 reviews, 100%

John, thanks; that is like before. But what confused me is the Trader rating line does not show
in the inbox. You see a lot of info, but no Trader line. so its cumbersome - if you just bought
a name from someone, and are Pushing and Paying and such, you are PM'ing each other - so
it would be natural to then give the rating. But you cant do it from the inbox!

its odd

Is there no option to make this bold somewhere and easier to find?

There are a couple options to leave feedback. We have requested a feature to make it more visible.

For now you can either click the number by the trader rating or on the top sub menu click Community > Itrader and search for the member you would like to leave feedback for.

This works in the forum. But the trader rating does NOT show in the inbox; and that is where it would be the most useful.

If you complete a deal, you are in the inbox talking to each other.

I see what you're talking about now - I completely missed your point the first time around..and the second :D

Yes I see what your referring to now.
I took this suggestion and it should be implemented within the next 24 hours.

I also put a suggestion in to put a message just under the trader rating which appears to the left of the post that says: Leave Trader Rating Click Here.

So it will look like:
Trader Rating: 89 reviews, 100%
Leave Trader Rating Click Here

That should make it easier to find and leave trader feedback.

Huseyin,

Excellent, Huseyin!

Thank you,
Kevin

Huseyin,

Huseyin: Did you correct the part about the number of characters? Last time I tried to leave a trader rating and had at least
22 characters in the comment, it said I needed at least 10 characters and would not accept the rating.

This should now be fixed. I increased it to 35 characters.

Is that enough?

Huseyin,

This has now been implemented. Should be more visible. The trader rating number was bolded and also the text: Leave Trader Feedback Click Here is now live.

Much easier to leave trader feedback now. Let me know if this helps solve some of those issues.

Huseyin,

Huseyin: Don't think you understood. I was trying to leave a short comment feedback like, "Fast push. Good seller. Thanks" and it would not accept it saying I needed a minimum of 10 characters or letters even though I had far more than the ten needed as in the example above. Comments should be optional anyways
not mandatory imo.

iTrader is now easy to find in the inbox; nicely done!

I did leave a Trader rating today, and I put a comment in the short comment box, but it would not take it
unless I also put a comment in the big comment box. But the big one is just for staff, right? do we really
need to put something in both comment boxes?

Got it. Should be fixed now. I set it so that the minimum characters needed is 5. That should solve that issue.
