This is a very popular game server site with game, web, voice server customers - Selling mostly Counter-Strike and BF2 servers currently.

I'm spending no money on marketing currently, and it continues to bring in the sales from word of mouth and search engine traffic.

The purchase comes w/ 2 dual xeons which are in our datacenter in Seattle right now, as well as 12x servers in new york which are on a lease to own that ends in feb/march - once those are paid up (profits currently more than pay for this bill) the profit of this company goes up another $1600 per month.

Web-based control panel makes it easy to manage for the owner and the customers.

I'm a motivated seller right now because I would like to invest $ in to my datacenter business - I hate to get rid of this operation because it's a lot of fun and profitable..

I'm offering it for well below what I believe it's worth - I've had a business broker in my office who wanted to market it at $70k+

I'm going to start by asking $40k and take the best offer I can get.. PM if you want more details.

Nothing that I'm aware of. I bought JoltServers.com before I even knew jolt.co.uk existed - I bought it when it had about 4 customers and 2 dedicated servers and didn't find out until a month or 2 later about jolt.co.uk.

There doesn't seem to be confusion or a conflict at all since they seem to strictly been in the european market while joltservers.com has customers just in the US and Canada.
