How many ACTIVE webmasters are using your site? Can we see an example of what a webmaster site looks like? (So we can see how ads are placed.) Did you create the software for this site? What are the maintenance responsibilities?

There are currently 90 active accounts:

This is considerably less then the peak of over 3000 with some 1000 active accounts some time ago. I found it desireable to limit the 'maximum upload filesize' (see below). Although some profit generating webmasters might be put off by this restriction, I felt 256kb would suffice for a time to reduce bandwidth costs and filter out some less desireable and less lucrative file-sharing types.
*** Webmaster Site Example ***
Top and bottom ad spaces are managed via the script. Here is an example of a webmaster site:

These banners are 'category' specific although 'site-wide' top and bottom banners may also or instead be used. No, I did not create the software, although I did modify it by with 'maximum filesize' and an 'undergoing maintenance' notifications to the config. It may have been noted from the 'active webmaster' screencap above to be a final release version of a discontinued 'community builder' software. There is a newer software by the same company which I believe it to be well worth the upgrade, which would actually be more of a migration of the accounts I think.

Maintenance involves monitoring for reports of possible illegal activity or copyright violations by any of your webmasters. Updating the advertising banners when desired is done with a cut-n-paste operation followed by the click of a button; http://www.jpegz.com/jpegz-advert-control.bmp -- The website is automated and maintenance is mostly point-n-click and cut n paste. -- I currently spend around two hours a week working with the site.
I am considering all offers above $4500.00

I am willing to consider trades of cash + names/websites, but please note that I need to cover important expenses with less than a week remaining. I have a firm standing offer of $4500 via escrow. I would like to receive a figure more within range of $12,000 which will would otherwise soon be around 6 month's passive income for me as the site is now regaining it's previous traffic levels. Understandably, I am not anxious to part with her at this time.
