closed Kennestone.com (existing traffic) please appraise

This is a locally relevent domain name for the Kennesaw area, a suburb of Metro Atlanta, GA area. There is a major hospital that is still known as Kennestone hospital, but which was recently purchased by promina, and now named Promina Kennestone Hospital. This apparently used to be their domain name, and has some links from health care industry sites. Still gets traffic.

No trademark problem, because it's an area landmark name (Kennestone Battlefield).

I am going to take a guess on this one based on vibes and vibes alone
$200-$500 (maybe its worth more to the developer compiling a directory of businesses in this area than individual merchants)
