"Last Post" not updating??

When checking Todays posts
I click "go to last post" in some threads and only see the prior posts..not updated posts
random example:

shows (now) 31 replies..when I click got to last post it only goes to reply #22 and nothing after..
Also
http://www.dnforum.com/f235/stolen-domain-7g-com-thread-137268.html
Shows 38 replies when I click got to last post it only goes to reply #34 and nothing after..

Where do you see "go to last post" ? Are you using Linear Display Mode?

I show Go to First Unread and it does to 35
