though i don't think it's fair to valuate a domain in auction,

i will agree that prices are falling, but it's not due to the market, it's the fault of the sellers.

you have to look at where the owners are shopping their domains and in those venues, your roi is bound to be low.




there are some places where i just won't spend my time or money, no matter the domain or the price.

Quality will always be quality. That's what separates domains apart.

Those prices posted are not at all surprising. They are of lesser quality. Just because someone can nab an LLL for <3K does not guarantee any future success in sales. The demand has to be there. And demand is usually equated to quality.

Crazy for selling a LLL.com at that price.... I use to see some sell for under 5k and thought that was cheap wow now under 2.5k
