Why is it being auctioned again? It sold last year and auction was cancelled. Namejet and their fishy auctions.

It was auctioned in April 2011.

I would say the high bidder is rather obvious... Morgan Linton, of Linton investments.

"Linvestor.com" is taken, and could perhaps be construed as a French site ("L'Investor").

The alternative? A slightly shortened version of the name, that beign Lnvestor.com!

Namejet's response:
Hello,

Thank you for contacting NameJet Technical Support. I'll be glad to assist you today.

We provide many tools so a potential bidder can be sure they are bidding on a domain that they chose.

One of the main ones is the link that says (view in uppercase) to keep people informed of just the very issue you are describing. When a person clicks (view in uppercase) they will see the domain is LNVESTOR.COM. Also, you can use whois information available at the registrar of the domain, as well as any 3rd part whois service.

A potential buyer should always use caution and double check any domain they are buying is not a typo or is actually numbers instead of letters since There are no refunds after an auction has closed even if you win a name that is spelled differently than you originally thought, or you later find there is a trademark associated with the domain. You, and any potential buyer, should investigate to see whether the domain name you select infringes legal rights of others before backordering a domain and making a commitment to pay for auctions awarded to you.

If there is anything else we can help with regarding this situation, please let us know. If you need assistance outside of my posted hours, please call our 24 hour support line listed on our site and reference this ticket number. By doing so, any Agent can take over this ticket and will be happy to continue working with you.

Thank you for choosing NameJet as your source for aftermarket domain names.

Best Regards,
Daniel L.

What they could do is show the domains in both lowercase and uppercase like Afternic.

I suggested them to make all the domains Title case by default. If they don't listen then we know they are cheating newbies and blind ones intentionally.
