These forums are simply amazing for the amount of technology gone into them. What amazes me is that all of this works properly at all. :-)

One niggling little thing and I don't know whether it's by design. When I'm logged in to the http://www.dn.... and someone posts a link to another thread as a http://dnforum.. I have to login in again to see that page. Or copy the URL, repaste it in a new browser window and manually type in the "www".

That's in Firefox FWIW.

Anyone?

Is this a bug, or is this by design?

Yes it happens to me too (in firefox). It seems to set one cookie for www, and not without.

Reported.

The login works without www, but when you click the logo it takes you to www, and you are not cookied.

Techs will fix.
