I used amerilawyer.com for a Nevada Corporation for $104.95 complete. Simple & cheap. Call them for an info packet.

And if taxes are your question, this tax book is a must for all domainers: http://www.domaintaxguide.com/
I highly recommend.

I checked their website, but I couldn't find anything about taxes, it looks like the do incorporations...

I can't mention enough the benefits of having an accountant do your taxes, especially if you run a company (of any size). Let alone the fact that even that expense - in the $150 to $250 region - is deducted from your earnings.
