Looking for a programmer

I have a text file that needs to be converted to a spreadsheet. I will be needing to convert many of these every month, and doing it manually will be too time consuming. Unfortunately, the way the text file is laid out, it will take a bit of creativity to make a conversion program work.

Anyone up to the challenge? PM me for more specifics.

Budget: not real high, but fair. After seeing the specs, I'll be open to bids.
