Looking for a universal template

I'm looking for something that i can use when i buy a domain that i plan on getting ppc income.

like i have vx9800.com and andreiarlovski.info.......both are getting some views, and the vx9800 just started to advertise on tv so traffic jumped.

I just want a template, cms, something that i can upload to the site and edit it to fit each subject while placing adsense in the right places. Like add content about the subject, pictures, maybe even a message board, and most important adsense ads that are in the right places.

Does anyone know where i can get something that is as universal as that?
