Hi,
I am buying niche content/forum websites, here's exactly what I'm looking for:
* Strong domain
* Between 5 and 30 pages of Unique, targeted, SEO optimized content. CP passed - The more pages, the better.
* Adsense already optimized web pages within the website.
* Carefully selected niches, and carefully selected Keywords [low competition, high demand]
* Newer websites that are still not making a lot of money off adsense are ok.
* I also prefer sites that have affiliate ad potential over adsense only sites.
* Nice looking templates.
* Will only accept profitable niches - Loans, home improvement....etc
GENERALLY LOOKING FOR SMALL SITES WORTH less than $100, but will, of course, discuss individual situations.
Of course, I will need to see all traffic stats, referral stats, Adsense Stats, Affiliate Stats and everything else I will need to know.
Payments will be made via PayPal only.
