The movie's official site is www.lordoftherings.NET, not .com, lordoftherings.com seems to be a game site, also is related of the story of " lord of the rings" , any one knows why the movie company uses a .net instead of a .com? And .net was registered at 1998, much earlier than .com which was registered this year.
