I am glad to comment on a name, but I do not buy and sell names on a daily basis, so try not to give out specific numbers.
It would help in an appraisal for the owner to add in something like "I have widgets.tld, and plan on selling these in two weeks when the site is developed. I bought the name for $500, and just received an offer for $750. Should I sell???"
There should be some framework for the appraisal, it could make a big diference in the appraisal price.
