You will be bidding on MicrosoftXbox360.com, ready made. Visit the website and you will see that a professional design has already been completed, and staff already are involved (for free). Some pages are down/don't work, but that is because no information has been released yet (for example, Dead or Alive 4 cheats).

The domain name is self-explanatory. Type in traffic (adsense stats below), huge market potential. Could be the biggest Xbox 360 fan site online EASILY if owner has motivation.

The new owner would still have work to do assembling pages (very straight forward - php templates already in place), but the backbone is in place (forum etc) with even more to come.

I have had no legal problems whatsoever so far. The disclaimer is VERY clearcut and by most accounts from people in the video gaming industry that are aware of these issues, Microsoft will not have a problem as long as the site is kept in good faith.

I am reluctant to sell, but am in desperate need of cash right now, so have little option. For a few days I will let this go for a starting price of $1,000. If anyone bids higher, they will be in the ascendancy. In increments of $50 (not something stupid like 0.01 extra).

Hosting currently costs $5 p/month - full details will be provided upon purchase.

Has made revenue. Not sure about uniques, but decent pageviews. Adsense about $1 a day ALREADY - purely type in traffic. BIG BIG potential to make an absolute bucket load from this. Still hasn't been fully received by search engines. Stats can be viewed by visiting the following URL: http://www.playps3.com/stats.JPG

Good luck. Questions? PM me. Thanks.

I take exception with the MOST accounts as I have seen at least 2 or 3 threads where you make mention of the name and most replies state that the name is VERY dangerous. Please tell me where "most accounts from people in the gaming industry" is.

Also can you please post site stats for traffic? I would like to match them up with your adsense. This would help me to decide if I want to place a bid or not. If the traffic is there I might take the risk.

Thanks.

Hi Jesse,

I appreciate your enquiry, however I'm not going to be as responsive as you'd like unfortunately. Those Adsense stats are all I've got to go by traffic wise - I couldn't even begin to speculate what it is. It may be 25 uniques a day, it may be 75, I'm really not sure. Putting a counter on is not an option at the moment either as I need to find out my new server ftp info. If it's a "requirement" to sell on here, then I'm afraid the sale will have to be called off. If someone wants to take the risk at face value then they have an option. If not, then I'm afraid this isn't for you.

I also may have phrased the comment about speaking to people in the industry slightly wrongly - I have spoken to hosting companies who have made comments on the legal side, commenting that with good faith, I won't have a problem. I guess it remains a risk though of course. If I get a bid, I get a bid. If not, I will withdraw sale in the next 24 hours. Thank you.

Sad you don't have traffic stats. Does your host have cpanel? If so you should be able to activate stats like awstats. Even if you have raw log files I would be willing to parse them myself. It's highly unusual for a seller not to be able to provide traffic stats. It is not against any rules in the developed sites for sales forums. However it leads to mistrust as adsense stats could be for multiple sites.

LMK how I can help you.

I will PM you the log files of my CP when I get access to it. Nobody else interested? I am giving this less than 24 hours - no bid, no sale. I'm only even CONTEMPLATING the sale of this because I am in desperate need of rent money.

Remove the CTR and Click number from the Adsense stats - Google will ban your account there otherwise

I don't believe any Adsense term/condition states that.
