Minimum age to own a domain?

Most registrars don't seem to care or enforce any age restrictions but is there a minimum age to own a domain?

I doubt it is enforced well, but I think most domain registration companies have this in their Registration Agreement in which you must agree to in order to create an account:

"if you are an individual, you are at least 18 years of age or that you have an agent who is 18 years of age or older and entering into this Agreement on your behalf; and "

I am no lawyer but from my business law days the only contract that is enforcible with a minor is for life necessisties like food etc, so in theory a minor could reg a 1000 names and get there money back if they filed a lawsuit, same if they agreed to buy a car etc or a domain, be curious for a lwayer to chime in, while minors wont be happy to hear it but even buying and selling premium names might have the other party at a dsiadvantage because minor could renage at anytime, please feel free and correct me if i am wrong

Most if not all states say 18 is an adult for contractual purposes
