Hello,
I'm selling one of my sites. This site has been around for 3 months (almost 4) and it has grown quite fast. Last month we had 2500+ uniques, and proyected for this month is over 3500+ (just today has been 350 visits with an average of 220+). I only have 1 adsense banner, but it's making money already. I'm selling it because I'm saving some money for another proyect. I accept paypal only. I don't have a BIN price for now. The site is an online proxy, but with the advantage of browsing secure pages (https). The certificate is self signed, but you can get one for $14.00
As said, i don't have a BIN price for the moment, but I'll let it go for the mid $xxx figure (accepting offers). Please post them here or PM me.

Update - I've thought about the bin and it has been set in $250. I'm accepting all offers over $170.
