Trademark issues with Skechers, Mary Kay, a diamond company, a power tool company - lots of TM issues if someone buys and tries to monetize the name. Of course, some of those companies might be interested in acquiring the name too. Big challenge to turn it into something without running into trouble first.

AS for the admin email, I don't see that as a big deal. Email addresses change every day. The guy could have recently formed a company to control his domain assets. He has a Yahoo address posted on the web site. Someone on Afternic offered $10 grand. If that were my domain, it would take a lot more than that to get me to part with it.
