moniker account help

I have a domain that needs to be urgently renewd at moniker.
The problem is... I cant figure out how to do it.
I only have 2 domains there, and the other doesnt expire for quite some time, so how can I pay for the renewal of just 1?

they seem to go by buying 'credits' that start at X5, which I assume are 5 domains or 5 years, but I just need 1.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Hi, and thanks for replying.

I am still having a problem... I have emailed support and they want a copy of my credit card.
The problem isnt the CC, but at some point after I enter all details and press on continue to renew the domain, I get an error that says something like 'domain not found', although it is from the domain that I clicked continue...

The support seems helpful, but sending my CC details over email isnt the best IMO, so I guess I'll fax it, although as I said it isnt a CC problem, but rather some sort of software glitch in the account.
