Most ridiculous C&D I have ever seen....

Aloha!

A year or 2 ago, I registered phonetracks.org because I thought it would make a great domain for a phone GPS system.

Today, I receive a C&D from tracfone.com. They have a pay as you go wireless service here in the states. Anyway....I called the attorney and asked how this C&D ever even made it past the mail room. I repeatedly told her that my parked page was offering GPS tracking devices, and that my domain was nowhere NEAR a "typo" of theirs. She said...yes...that is true, but I can use the search option on your parked page and come up with links to cell phone services.

HOW RIDICULOUS!!!!

Actually, if they don't go after every search engine, then you can claim they're singling you out and file a counter-suit for discrimination.
