Description:
Iâm really sad to have to let this site go. It was an incredible money maker before I made the mistake of removing quite a few forums for the sake of shrinking the DB size which had exceeded 20Gb back in May. I have just recently added HUNDREDS of new forums to this site and not all of them have been properly indexed yet as youâll be able to see by the empty forums. I have come to a fairly interesting way of solving this huge DB problem. What I am doing now is running an âarchiveâ system where old posts are moved to the filesystem. I have modified the msusenet.com/archive system to be able to open these âarchivedâ threads so the search engines will still be able to get to it.
I truly believe this site will recover at least to its former glory ($6k+) eventually but it will take some patience to get there.
This is also a PR6! Msusenet.com/archive/index.php was also a PR6 the last 2 or 3 PR updates but I have 301 redirected it to my /history/ page I will leave all of my links up for 3 mnths 6mnths is possible for the right price.
Why am I selling? I have a baby due any day now and we donât have insurance⦠Medical bills are insane so I have to clear out whatever I can. Anything beyond medical bills I have to put towards buying a house. Weâre renting currently!
Buyer pays all SEDO fees.

giganews account $24.99 which I use with quite a few other things so I will be keeping. You should be able to get away with using a smaller account.
Hosting â doesnât really take much resources when not archiving. I have 2 servers currently which I host my network on. I cannot give you the server. The DB is at 15Gb currently and needs a filesystem archive which will be done in the near future. Iâm not really sure how big the filesystem archive is currently. I will do what I can to help you move this data. It really wonât be easy though. We could possibly work out a hosting deal.
The VB license comes with this site and its owned of course
