Hmm, two brand new members suddenly paying $1000 for a junk domain. No, we haven't seen that one before. 🙄
I think I'll go register cheapleak.com and see if they'll buy it.

premiumleak.com is 10 months 3 weeks old. It is a domain having com extension. This website is estimated worth of $ 8.94 and have a daily income of around $ 0.15. As no active threats were reported recently by users, premiumleak.com is SAFE to browse. I know what u meant but this can be more useful for those who got crazy ideas in their head man this is a go to domain in a specifically targeted niche.

Sorry, but I don't agree. Stringing two unrelated keywords together doesn't make a great domain. And if you've been reading here, I just terminated our Afternic account because the appraisals coming from GoDaddy are absolute junk. I was on Afternic back in 1998 when they were just a chatroom. So it wasn't an easy decision after 27 years of dealing with them. And Biggie, who told you the domain was worthless, has been around just as long as I have.

And the appraisal at GoDaddy appears to be picking up on the word Premium without regard to the word leak. That's just dead wrong on an appraisal. Another appraisal shows a value of $300,000 to $500,00.

I had one last week for 2.5 - 4.0 Mill and then GoDaddy appraised the domain at $1,200. That just shows how out of whack the AI appraisals are. The system seems to have been corrupted.

I wouldn't give you a $! for the domain and the sudden appearance of a new member (Oct 28th) prepared to pay 1k for a domain registered by a new member (Jul 3) is a HUGE RED FLAG around here.

Appreciate your feedback. It’s just a genuine discussion — no fake bids or hype here. I believe every domain has a potential buyer; the market will decide its real value.

Fair point 😄 No worries, I’m not trying to stage anything — just testing the waters for feedback. If you register cheapleak.com, who knows, maybe you’ll get lucky!

Appreciate you sharing your experience, DropWizard.
I get your point about automated appraisals — they can be inconsistent.
I only mentioned the number for context, not as proof of value.
I respect the insight you and Biggie bring to the forum, and I’ll take the feedback on board.
At the end of the day the market decides what sells, so let’s see where it goes.
Thanks again for taking the time to comment.
