The site is not working properly in the last few days due to high server load because of the site's script, which my host doesn't allow...

Most of the traffic is coming from search engines as you can see in the stats. The domain managed to get high rankings for serverl keywords and while it has no PR yet it'll get it as soon as it'll get out of the "box".

This happens a lot. Someone sees sold and suddenly they want the name. So they offer more than the price it sold for just in case the seller will kill the sale.
Naturally the seller wants to make more money. Conveniently the PM came from another site so the admin here can't check out the story.

I'm new to the forum but I'm a bit surprised you can publicly accept an offer and then break the deal to sell to someone else. Regardless of time stamps, aren't you obligated to sell an item (any item) to the first person who's offer you accept?

If you guys still want a great myspace name (name only, haven't built it at all) that IMO could get even better results due to its being a better name - MySpaceBuilder.com ... 1st offer of $550.00 gets it. Post SOLD and it's yours (Godaddy). No stats, just a great name...A little work and it could be hughly popular.
