Navigation Red Bars

With the site changes, the red bars (esp. the top one) have become very wide. I would suggest:

1) Changing the words "Games Room" to simply "Games"
2) Combining the "Membership Upgrade" and "Exclusive Membership" (or alternatively, moving some of the items from the top red bar to the bottom red bar).
3) Changing "Affiliate Signup" to "Affiliates"
