Need account opened for TrafficZ domain parking services

I need some one to open an account for me on TrafficZ.com domain parking services. Your need to tell me the price for a guaranteed approval as well as the domains used in the application. Domains will have to be transferred to me through godaddy , namecheap or name.com. i will pay for the approval well as for the domains. You will have to sign up with MY information.
