Need Advice on Domain Purchase

I want to buy a domain (.co.uk) that is part of my branding. I was wondering if there is a way to find out if the person is willing to sell without them knowing who the purchaser is.

The reason is that they keep using my logo ( copyright violation ) and have got their hosting suspended 3 times now, but i am sick of taking the time to get it suspended as it keeps appearing again, and would rather spend some money acquiring the domain.

Advice on finding a middle man.

With all that said, the Sedo approach may be worth trying to at least get a feel of things.

Of course there is a way to find out if that .co.uk is for sale
PM me the name and I will email them
That is the least I could do for a DNF member from Warnambool
Sounds simple to me , however maybe I am missing something
