I'm looking for about 10 Blog Enthusiasts to go out and rate blogs for BlogRater.com .
I will give them the guidelines for the rating and will need numerical ratings as well as descriptive ratings.
Right now I cannot pay the raters, but will trade advertising space on BlogRater.com for their services.
