Need Host....tonight!

Just came back from vacation and found my sites down. I've used a guy I know for several years without too many problems, but he's out of touch and I needed to switch anyway.

I have 3 sitest that get about 500 visits each per day - I just signed up for he.net, but the idiots there don't have an automated service - I got an auto email saying my account will be setup within 3 days. gee, thanks.

Anyway, I know how to FTP and that's about it....any hosts with decent prices and good service would be appreciated.
