My better half hit me with this question and says she wants my answer by 11:15pm EST tonight Saturday 12-30-06. Honestly, I don't have a clue other than they are all capitals. I'll send over 500 DNF$ for the best answer.

What is the connection in the following list?

Buenos Aires, Tirana, Vienna (1,1); Sofia (2,1);Ottawa (3,1); London (5,4); Paris (6,5).

my guess it is some kind of property barometer (for the property market in those cities) i dono
