Need Webinar or Teleconferencing Recommendations

I am working with an organization's website that, rather than have quarterly meetings at chosen physical locations, they would rather look into conducting teleconferences or webinars to cut down individual costs and to alleviate travel time.

I have not used any such service in the past although I have sat in on numerous webinars, etc. hosted by other organizations.

If you know of a reliable and cost effective service please post so I can pass this information on.

webex for web based (platform independent - does not depend on the OS of the users and the browser),
signup for trial version and then webex executive will call n speak to tkae the paid service which you can haggle down as per # of licenses.

and ms communicator (if all the desktops have that).. it maybe expensive , but i enjoy it.

if within the organization with intranet at different locations, then cheapest & effective is netmeeting .. will work great!
